David Wang

Bio

David has over 13 years experience in investment and business operations in China and North America. David serves as the WSC Board Representative for WSC portfolio companies AltoBeam and Union Optech, and is active with the firm’s investments in VeriSilicon. Prior to joining WestSummit, Mr. Wang served as deputy director of China Horizon Investment Group investment, responsible for development and implementation of the company’s equity investment in the business, and to help develop the company’s development strategy in China. Prior to this, Mr. Wang worked for the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs Group, involved in the implementation of a total of about $ 2 billion in the IPO and M & A transactions. Previously, Mr. Wang worked for Canadian Intrawest company mergers and acquisitions group, the company responsible for analyzing and recommending investment opportunities in the Asian market and to assist in the implementation of company-related acquisitions and joint venture deals.
