Joined Barclays Ventures in 2005. Before joining Barclays Ventures, was a Director in Leveraged Finance in both London and the Midlands for 6 years, as well as previously having worked in the Barclays Debt Restructuring team. Has been involved in a number of high profile transactions in a range of market sectors, including Support Services (Hall & Kay Fire Engineering) and Consumer (Warehouse Express, 99p Stores). Represents Barclays Ventures as an observer on a number of portfolio companies, including Novus Leisure and Solor Care Group and has wide experience of private equity transactions. Law degree from Birmingham University.
