Bio

Mr. Estrada has over 16 years of experience in acquisitions, finance and business operations. His past work experience includes acting as the Senior Vice President of investment banking for PGP Capital Advisors, working with two of the largest privately-owned companies in Los Angeles as Vice President of corporate finance at Platinum Equity, and serving as Vice President and Treasurer for Castle & Cooke, Inc.Early in Mr. Estrada career, he also worked at Foothill Capital and Equifax, where he specialized in areas of treasury, cash management, investment management and corporate liquidity. He has held lead roles in a variety of M&A and financing capacities for noteworthy deals such as the sale of Banana Boat of California to Playtex, the going-private transaction of Castle & Cooke, the acquisition of the General Electric chassis fleet by Flexi-Van, the acquisition of the UK-based Hays Logistics. He also advised on the structuring of the Dole Food Company acquisition. He has received his B.A. in economics from the University of California at Irvine, holds a Series 7 and Series 63 license, and has been awarded lifetime status as a certified cash manager.
