Bio

Mr Bacon is responsible for accounting and finance of USRG's management company, as well as its private equity funds, including the general partner and portfolio investment holding related entities. Mr Bacon also manages several aspects of operations, investor reporting and transaction analysis and structuring. Prior to joining USRG, Mr Bacon was the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of two technology companies and was involved in all aspects of accounting, finance, operations, marketing and development of the enterprises. Prior to these endeavors, Mr Bacon was a Senior Auditor in the Audit and Business Advisory Practice at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr Bacon holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Riverside where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr Bacon is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
