Bio

With over 7 years of combined impact investment and project management experience, Divya works closely with the firm’s partners in all aspects of firm-level investing activities, with a focus on venture capital and fund-level investments. She is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across assets classes and industries, including the urban innovation, healthcare, education and consumer sectors. Prior to Blue 9, Divya worked at Flat World Partners, an impact investing investment manager, and Archer Gray, an early stage media-tech venture capital firm based in NY City. Prior to venture, Divya worked at Disney ABC in the digital strategy division and Sesame Workshop in India in the educational, financial empowerment and healthcare project management division. Divya holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters in Film Studies from the Mass Communication Research Center, New Delhi, and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi.
