Bio

Has considerable experience in investment banking in the media and telecommunications industries. After an early career in strategic management consulting with The MAC Group joined Hambros Bank to focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1997 joined the investment banking arm of WestLB, founding the Media & Telecommunications team and became Executive Director TMT Investment Banking. Joined Regent in 2006. Over the years has gained experience with a wide variety of transactions in the TMT sector including IPOs, secondary issues, Private Placements and Private Equity investments, in addition to Mergers & Acquisitions. Has worked with clients in many different segments of the TMT industry including, radio, television, publishing, music, mobile content and marketing, Cable TV, fixed and mobile telecommunications, film production and distribution, merchandising, outdoor, online advertising, e-commerce, gaming, telecoms technology, Business Intelligence, retail technology, etc. Apart from English, is fluent in Dutch, German and French. Degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
