Bio
Dominic J. Petrucci is the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Buchanan. He has overall operational oversight and is responsible for asset management, finance, investment accounting and reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. He has worked in the real estate industry for over 24 years with nearly half his career in direct operations including development and acquisitions, and half in corporate finance, investment operations and accounting. Mr. Petrucci is a member of the Executive Management team, Investment Committee and is a Director of the Buchanan Board. During his professional history, Mr. Petrucci has held executive positions at several prominent real estate firms, has led the design and approval process for fund offerings totaling approximately $1.5 billion and has led the investment, development or financing of $1.2 billion of commercial real estate. Mr. Petrucci graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Accounting. He currently holds several FINRA securities licenses, earned a CPA designation and is an active member in NAIOP.
