Dominik Woessner

Bio

Mr Woessner is responsible for all aspects of client engagements, including valuation analysis, portfolio due diligence, transaction structuring and transaction marketing and coordination with potential buyers of client engagements. Mr Woessner joined Cogent Partners from Greenpark Capital, where he performed due diligence and analysis on secondary private equity acquisitions and was responsible for the monitoring of several of Greenpark’s private equity funds. Previously, Mr Woessner was a Manager at KPMG, where he provided commercial due diligence and strategic advisory for private equity and corporate customers in the UK as well as in continental Europe. Mr Woessner started his career at the commercial bank HVB Group in Germany. Mr Woessner holds an MBA/MIM from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business Administration from the Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education in Germany. He is also fluent in English and German and is a CFA charterholder.
