Mr Abell has over 12 years of experience in marketing, corporate development and operations for startup to mid staged ventures, for which he has managed all aspects of new business formation. Mr Abell has a deep contact base that ranges from financial investors to early stage ventures to strategic acquirer. Prior to Northside Advisors, Mr Abell helped build, and served as Managing Director of, Progress Partners Inc, helped launch Longbank Corporate Restructuring Inc, and co-founded, and served as Managing Director for Velocity Holdings. As President and COO of GFN Holdings, Mr Abell oversaw the Marketing, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Sales and Editorial Departments. Sample transactions include the sale of RockCoastMedia to Alloy Marketing (NASDAQ:ALOY), the sale of CMWare to Live Cargo, and the equity capital financings of Worktopia, Media6 and AdSafe Media, among others. Mr Abell is a graduate of Skidmore College.
