Bio

Mr. de Windt is responsible for acquisitions, strategic planning, reporting and information technology. He has been a founding partner in two private equity firms, and was formerly an officer for a New York City-based real estate developer, which owned and operated more than two million square feet of space. In all, he has taken part in originating, negotiating and structuring more than 40 transactions worth in excess of an aggregated $300 million. He has been recognized by several leading publications, including Crain's Cleveland Business, which tapped him as one of its "40 Under 40" emerging business leaders. Mr. de Windt received his MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Williams College.
