Bio

Prior to founding Woodbrook Capital, Mr. Linehan had been co-founder of Meridian Healthcare, a diversified health care services firm specializing in nursing home care, institutional pharmacy and rehabilitation services for the elderly. Mr. Linehan and his partners sold Meridian Healthcare to Genesis Health Ventures, Inc. Mr. Linehan serves as a Director of Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI); Brown Investment Advisory & Trust Company; Erickson Retirement Communities LLC; Bariatric Partners, Inc.; and Heritage Properties, Inc. Mr. Linehan is a former president of Meridian Healthcare, a former Chairman of the Board of Strescon Industries; McCulloch Corporation and Hospital Group of America; and a former Board member of MNC Financial; Equitable Bank Corporation; Meridian Healthcare; and other private companies. Mr. Linehan serves on several non-profit boards including Mercy Health System; Cristo Rey Jesuit High School; and the Board of Visitors at UMBC. He is also a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Arts and Letters at the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Linehan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in English in 1962 and a BS in Engineering in 1963. He received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1967.
