Eben S Moulton

Bio

Eben has been a Managing Director of Seacoast since its inception in 1994. Mr. Moulton had previously founded and was President of Signal Capital’s Merchant Banking Division, which successfully invested in buyout, growth and project financings. Prior to joining Signal in 1984, Mr. Moulton was a Vice President of Bank of New England where he was responsible for Project Finance. He also held various credit and commercial loan positions at the Bank of New England and was responsible for a major segment of the National Accounts Division. In addition to Seacoast portfolio board seats, he is a director of IEC Electronics Corp. (NASD: IECE) and Unitil Corporation (AMEX:UTL), and a trustee of Colorado College. Mr. Moulton received his undergraduate degree from Colorado College, a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt and his MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
