Bio

Ms Owens' current responsibilities include the acquisition of retail nationwide and the oversight of the asset management of more than two million square feet of retail. Since joining the firm in 1987, Ms Owens has overseen the asset management of more than two million square feet of retail and office development in the Pacific Northwest and suburban Philadelphia, the acquisition of more than 2,500,000 square feet office and retail space nationwide and the disposition of over two million square feet of the firm's assets. Prior to joining BPG, Ms Owens was the Assistant Director of Finance for the Pennsylvania division of American Water Works. Ms Owens is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the ICSC. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
