Emilio Fossati

Bio

Mr Fossati is currently President of Finsviluppo S A and Advisor to C S I I (Holding of Seragnoli's group), one of Italy's largest industrial holdings, participating in several sectors including financial services, real estate and industrial. Prior, he was also CEO of Arnaldo Mondadori Editore SpA, Italy's leading publishing company, and of CIR SpA, a leading industrial conglomerate owned by Carlo de Benedetti. Mr. Fossati was also President of Cartiera di Ascoli, SpA, Vice-President of Perugina Spa and of Buitoni SpA. Mr Fossati is a Member of the Board of Arca Impresa e Gestioni SpA, Banca Euromobiliare SpA, and Perform SpA. He is a former CEO of C S I I SpA, AM COS Investimenti and the Benetton Group SpA, one of the world's largest clothing manufacturers and distributors. Mr Emilio holds a BA in Economics from Milan’s Cattolica University and is a Professor of Business Economics at the University of Milan.
