Eric (Ric) Cohen

Bio

Prior to co-founding SeaCap Ventures, Ric worked as an attorney and management consultant representing businesses and individuals in the fields of entertainment, real estate, electronic media, broadcasting and technology. His clients have ranged from major-label recording artists to public technology companies. Ric was also a managing director of a privately held real estate investment company in Philadelphia which owned, developed and managed a substantial portfolio of residential rental units. He was responsible for supervising the operations and financial management of the business, and also structured and negotiated its sale to a major institutional investor. Ric is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he studied entrepreneurial management.
