Eva Clark

Bio

Eva is the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Paralegal of Quintana. Prior to joining Quintana, Eva was a part of the legal team of Halliburton's KBR division and played an integral role in KBR's separation from Halliburton. Prior to KBR, Eva was with Pioneer Companies, Inc., a chemical manufacturer with eight plants in the U.S. and Canada. At Pioneer, Eva was involved in M&A and transaction structuring involving large domestic and foreign acquisitions, asset sales, and contract negotiations, as well as related acquisition financings and capital-raising transactions and restructurings. Eva is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Eva attended Texas A&M University, where she received a B.A., and the University of St. Thomas, where she earned an MLA.
