Bio

Evan runs Capricorn Capital Consulting Limited in London, which is an affiliate of Capricorn Capital Partners. Their London office looks after the European fundraising aspects of their fund management and private equity businesses. Evan is also responsible for sourcing and evaluating transactions and performing due diligence on companies outside South Africa, or where there is an international element. Evan has subsequently been founder and CEO of several businesses in the UK, including one which was floated on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Evan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC and thereafter worked in their Corporate Finance department.
