F. Paul DuBose is actively involved in identifying new investment opportunities, due diligence, monitoring the fund's holdings and providing guidance to our portfolio companies. He has an extensive background in providing direction and advice to growing companies that are seeking capital market transactions. Paul's experience includes financial and strategic advisory work encompassing a broad range of asset classes, most recently with Millennium Capital Partners. As a senior executive with Millennium Capital Partners, he worked on a broad range of corporate finance assignments for companies, including the Ritz Carlton-Bali. Paul began his career as an finanacial analyst in the private equity sector. He holds a BA in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, and a MBA from Golden Gate University.
