Bio

Frank Legacki has over 35 years experience in private equity and consulting. Frank works out of Fletcher Spaght Ventures satellite office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Previously, Frank was Senior Vice President and a founding investor of Rosebud Solutions until its acquisition by McKesson. Prior to Rosebud, he worked as President and CEO of Kaepa, a high performance athletic footwear company that focused on niche athletic footwear markets. Frank led the LBO of Kaepa from Wolverine World Wide, and sold the company to Umbro. Frank has also held positions as President of the Andover Consulting Group, Vice President of Marketing at Converse, and Managing Director of The Strategic Consulting Group of Marketing Corporation of America. As a former varsity swimmer at the University of Michigan, Frank was a five time national champion and captained the 1961 U of M National Championship team. He was inducted into the U of M Athletic Hall of Honor in 1995. He is an active member of the U of M community, serving on the Board of Directors of the University’s Alumni Association and was a previously a board member of the University’s Urology Center, Letterwinners M Club and President of the Grey Whales. Frank received his BA and MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
