Frank Ryan

Bio

Frank Ryan has over 30 years proven experience in keeping mid-size manufacturing, distribution, and financial services firms out of bankruptcy, both as an individual and though his former consulting firm, F.X. Ryan and Associates. His practical experience includes a refocusing of efforts into the business model, identifying problem areas in the model, restructuring the business, restoring confidence of staff through proven leadership skills, and developing an effective exit strategy for the owners of the business in industries such as steel, banking, distribution, plastics, mining and oil exploration, and classified technology. Frank's experience is based upon extensive leadership skills developed in the Marine Corps Reserves, where he served as a Colonel of Marines. As a distinguished CPA, Ryan lectured for a number of years on business ethics for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been honored as one of their top lecturers. In addition, he has an MBA from the University of Maryland and sits on the boards of multiple financial and manufacturing enterprises. He is married and is the father of four children.
