Gary Kulesza

Bio

Mr Kulesza joined AEA in 2009 as an Operating Partner after spending 3 years working with AEA in the US and Europe. He is primarily focused on working with portfolio companies to improve operational performance and maximize value creation as well as being involved in acquisitions evaluations. Mr Kulesza has 30 years of senior executive experience in both operations and finance (CEO, COO, and CFO). He has successfully managed companies through IPOs, buyouts (LOB’s), carve outs, transitions (including performance challenged situations), mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, refinancing, consolidations and expansions. He has a proven ability to maximize desired results in fast-moving situations. Mr Kulesza has broad based experience in a number of industries to include technology (software, hardware, cartography); manufacturing (automotive, plastics, technology, chemical); distribution (grocery, clothing, hard goods); services (building maintenance, office and home alarm systems, temporary staffing, vehicle maintenance); retail (grocery, clothing, sporting goods, hardware stores, franchising, auto aftermarket); communications (satellite); restaurant and food service and gaming. Mr Kulesza holds a BA in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance from Niagara University and certificates from executive training programs from Wharton and Harvard Universities.
