Gayle G Hughes

Bio

Ms. Hughes is a founding partner of Merion and was a member of the Mellon Growth Finance (“MGF”) team. She has over 27 years of lending experience and has spent over half of her career working with entrepreneurial firms providing growth capital via leveraged cash flow and mezzanine loans. In addition, to lending, she spent a few years as an investment banker at Marine Midland raising debt and equity capital for growing companies. She has served on the Board of private companies for both Merion and MGF portfolio companies and is an Officer and member of the Board of the Northeast Regional Association of SBICs. Ms. Hughes earned an AB Economics/Business at Lafayette College.
