George Cohen

Bio

George Cohen joined the Advisory Council of Century Park Capital Partners in 2008. George has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing financial management and 14 years of CFO experience with private equity owned companies. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Packaging Plus (formerly known as a Berkley Industries), a California-based contract packager and thermoformer that was acquired by Century Park in 2000. Prior to joining Packaging Plus, George served as Chief Financial Officer of High Tech Group, a Century Park portfolio company that was sold in April 2008 to a strategic investor. Earlier in his career, George served as Chief Financial Officer with Columbia Manufacturing Corp., a Southern California-based building products manufacturer. He previously held management positions with Teledyne Inc. and Ernst & Young’s Manufacturing Consulting Group. A licensed CPA, George earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.
