Mr Kuijper has led AAC Capital Partners since 2000. He is the Chairman and Managing Partner responsible for the firm. He is a member of the Management Team and a permanent member of the Investment Committee. Mr Kuijper started his career at Fokker Aviation selling aircrafts and joined ABN AMRO in 1980 where he has held various jobs including Head of Corporate Finance (M&A, ECM) (1994 - 2000), Head of Global Relationship Management (1990 - 1994), Member Central Credit Committee and Country Limit Committee (1994 - 1998) and Member of ABN AMRO Investment Committee since 1995. Mr Kuijper holds a Masters in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
