Glenn Kaufman

Bio

Mr Kaufman is a managing director and has been with American Securities for more than 10 years. He spearheads the firm’s investing in each of the healthcare and restaurant sectors, in addition to working on service-based and industrial companies. He writes and speaks on current trends in private equity and their application to industry activities with a particular interest in how private equity firms can truly drive operational growth, development and improvement. Mr Kaufman is Chairman of Press Ganey Associates and a director of Potbelly Sandwich Works. Before joining American Securities, Mr Kaufman was an attorney for Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he focused on private equity and related transactions. He also worked with several mid-size companies while with the small business consulting group of Price Waterhouse. Mr Kaufman currently serves on the Leadership Advisory Council for the Elliot Leadership Institute and on the National Advisory Board for the Prison Entrepreneurship Program.
