Gregory Kivetz

Bio

Greg is an experienced financial analyst with an accomplished background in financial modeling, corporate accounting, asset budgeting and forecasting. At SAIL, he focuses on forecasting, financial reporting and budgeting on the firm’s corporate finance team, but also analyzes investments for the investment team. Prior to joining SAIL, Gregory was a financial, transaction and budget analyst at Newmark Knight Frank where he oversaw and executed cost projections, acted as client liaison and managed the budget for a 22 million square foot portfolio. He also executed strategic projects, and maintained and tracked potential clients in the company’s pipeline. Earlier in his career he worked in the Finance Department for Rockrose Development Corp. Gregory holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
