Bio

Brad Sloan joined Parthenon Capital Partners in 2006. He is an experienced investor and operator in the healthcare sector and is active in sourcing and executing new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies. He focuses on investments in the healthcare and business services industries. Mr. Sloan is currently involved with and serves on the Board of Directors of Abeo, Inc., Altegra Health (f/k/a Social Services Coordinators and The Coding Source), Eliza Corporation, Triad Isotopes, and formerly MedTel International Holdings. Prior to joining Parthenon, Mr. Sloan was a Vice President at Broadlane, Inc, a private healthcare supply chain and outsourcing company. At Broadlane, he was responsible for the company’s business development activities including mergers and acquisitions, financings, partnerships, strategic planning, and business and product line development. Before his career at Broadlane, Mr. Sloan worked with a variety of middle market healthcare companies both as a private equity investor and investment banker. In New York, Mr. Sloan helped start MTS Health Partners in 2000, a healthcare merchant bank. Previous to MTS, he worked at Evercore Partners Inc, a $1.2 billion private equity fund and advisory boutique. His primary private equity responsibilities included sourcing and executing investments in private middle market healthcare companies and assisting portfolio companies achieve their growth objectives. His investment banking experience focused primarily on sourcing, managing, and executing merger and acquisition opportunities for both public and private healthcare companies. Mr. Sloan began his career as a financial analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. where he worked on a variety of transactions in the healthcare industry. Mr. Sloan earned a B.A. with distinction in economics with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
