Bio

Prior to the formation of Zon Capital, Don was a partner and founder of Zon Partners an early stage investment and consulting company and the predecessor to the Fund. Together with Bill Bridgers, he was responsible for venture transactions that resulted in several liquidity events for the firm’s investors. Prior to forming Zon Partners, Don worked with McKinsey and Company in Pittsburgh and London. He subsequently led GE Corporate's Business Development team focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions activities in Fairfield, Connecticut before moving to the position of General Manager of Sales & Marketing with GE Silicones in Waterford, New York. Don then joined AlliedSignal and headed Business Development as a Vice President in their Automotive Sector in Southfield, Michigan, where he led a merger to create a $1 billion European automotive aftermarket parts business. Don holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson and earned his MBA at the Wharton School.
