Mr Litten has forty years of senior management, acquisition and portfolio oversight experience. Mr. Litten has been involved in private equity investing for over eighteen years. He has previously held senior management positions with Owens-Illinois as General Manager of four divisions, with revenues ranging from $150 million to $1 billion Mr Litten serves as Director of Celeste Industries Corporation. He has served as a Director on many boards including MW Industries, Inc., Woodstream Corporation, Cosmetic Essence, Inc. and Norwesco, Inc Mr Litten earned a BS from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Toledo
