Hemant Khatwani is a Senior Associate in the Bangalore office. At ePlanet, Mr. Khatwani is part of the South Asia team and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as execution. Before joining ePlanet in 2011, Mr. Khatwani was an Associate at AMP Capital Investors, a global investment manager, in the private equity investment team based in Mumbai. He was responsible for the analysis and evaluation of all aspects of private equity investments. Prior to that, Mr. Khatwani worked in the Project Finance and Principal Investments team of Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) where he evaluated and managed Principal Equity and Leveraged Finance transactions in the Energy and Transport sectors. Mr. Khatwani holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Information Technology from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India.
