Henry W Haunss

Bio

Mr. Haunss has been a Partner with AREA since 2003. Mr. Haunss concentrates his efforts on new acquisitions, fund raising and other corporate opportunities. Mr. Haunss previously was a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee of UBS Realty Investors LLC and head of real estate investments in the U.S. for non- U.S. clients. He held that position for over 20 years and completed in excess of $10 billion of residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Haunss is a current member and former Board member of the Association of Foreign Investors in U.S. Real Estate, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Urban Development Mixed Use Counsel. He is an active member and former Board Member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. Mr. Haunss is a licensed real estate broker and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Council of Real Estate (CRE) designations. Mr. Haunss graduated with a BS in accounting from CW Post College.
