Bio
Holbrook serves as a Vice President of Enhanced Capital. Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Holbrook was a Director of M&A for New York Life Investments where he focused on financial service transactions, including acquisitions, minority positions and mergers. Previously, Holbrook was a Principal at Circle Peak Capital, a lower middle market LBO firm in NYC and was directly involved in the due diligence and structuring of six stand-alone leveraged buyouts, two minority investments and nine add-on acquisitions. Before receiving his MBA Holbrook was an Associate VP at Provident Bank, where he worked in structured finance and portfolio management, and was a Senior Associate at the Walnut Group, a lower-middle market private equity firm (SBIC). During 2004, Holbrook was a Summer Associate in the New York office of Stonehenge Capital (CAPCO and SBIC). Holbrook graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance and his education included attending the University of Nagoya, one of Japan’s most prestigious universities. Holbrook also graduated with an MBA in 2005 from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
