Holly Losey

Bio

Holly joined Cobalt in August 2008 as the Financial Manager to perform accounting and financial projects involving acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, investor relations and financial reporting. Prior to joining Cobalt, Holly spent 4 years at Ernst & Young as an engagement senior auditing public and private commercial real estate companies. Her responsibilities included managing client and team needs, verifying financial statement balances including real estate asset values, and assisting with the implementation and compliance of Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act for SEC registrants. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting degree from Southern Methodist University. Holly is also a Certified Public Accountant.
