Bringing a wealth of industry and senior leadership experience to NEP, Jack focuses on advising the NEP investment team on portfolio company strategy and operations, along with sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities within the water/filtration industry sector. Prior to joining NEP as a senior advisor in 2011, Jack was an executive at Pentair for five years. His most recent role was President of the Filtration Solutions Global Business, which manufactured and sold filtration and purification products for commercial, industrial and municipal markets all around the world. Prior to that role, he was President of the North American Water Filtration business, which sold into consumer/residential, commercial and industrial filtration markets. He started at Pentair as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology, responsible for sourcing, lean manufacturing and low cost country operations. Jack also worked as a senior partner at McKinsey and Company prior to his time at Pentair. During his 18 years at McKinsey, he worked on strategy and operations engagements with companies across multiple industries. BS, Canisius College, MBA, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
