Bio

Is Managing Director and Head of European Fund Management for Pradera Europe and has overall Fund Management responsibility for all Pradera Europe Funds. In addition, is Luxembourg Manager of all Pradera Funds and a Pradera Member on all Unitholders Advisory Committees. Possesses almost 20 years of commercial real estate experience, a large part of which have been gained in the retail sector in Continental Europe. Before joining Pradera in early 2009, was Acquisition Director for JER European Real Estate Fund, an €800 million opportunity fund. Previous to JER, was a Director of Property at Henderson Global Investors, mostly notably working on the launch of the Herald European Retail Fund for which, was Fund Manager and also on the Henderson’s European Outlet Mall Fund. Was seconded to Pradera for most of 2000 and worked on the Pradera European Retail Fund’s first acquisitions in Spain and Italy. Worked for Cushman & Wakefield for 7 years prior to Henderson, BA Joint Honours from Durham University. M.Phil from Reading University. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
