Bio

Mr. Todd is an Operating Principal of IOP. Mr. Todd has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing, finance, and management leadership at a variety of large and middle-market manufacturing companies. He currently serves as Chairman of Carlson Systems Holdings, Inc. and as a Director of Center Manufacturing, Inc. and EB Bradley Holdings LLC. Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Todd was President and CEO of NutraMax Products, a manufacturer of cough drops and lozenges, bandages and other health and personal care products. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Phillips and Temro Industries, a former TMB Industries portfolio company. At Phillips & Temro, Mr. Todd mentored the management team, improved the operations and cost structure, and assisted in the acceleration of sales growth. Due in large part to his leadership, Phillips & Temro was sold at the end of 2004 for an outstanding return on investment. With years of training and experience gained in a variety of manufacturing and finance capacities at General Motors, Rockwell International, and Emerson Electric, Mr. Todd has successfully led several middle-market companies in the past as president, including: Southern Equipment Co. (unit of Hussmann Corporation), Hansen Technologies, Taylor Building Products (unit of MascoTech) and Traulsen & Co. (unit of Illinois Tool Works).
