Jeffrey A Cote

Bio

Mr. Cote has over 17 years of tax and accounting experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 1998 as CFO, Mr. Cote has managed the financial, tax, information systems and administrative matters of the partnership. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Cote performed audits and tax returns as an employee of Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser, L.L.P., a middle market audit and tax accounting firm from 1993 to 1998. From 1992 to 1993, he was employed by Ravid & Bernstein, an audit and tax firm for small manufacturing and service entities. A Chicago native, Mr. Cote holds a BS degree in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
