Jeremy May

Bio

Mr. May is a Senior Associate at St. Cloud. Previously, Mr. May was a distressed and special situations analyst at Ares Management and prior to that, TCW. At both Ares and TCW, Mr. May was responsible for all aspects of the investment process from deal sourcing to ultimate exit. Mr. May has worked on the negotiating of purchase agreements, credit documents, shareholder agreements and employee agreements of, among others, Eldorado Casino Shreveport, Werner Ladder, Brown Jordan International and Advanstar Communications. Prior to TCW, Jeremy worked as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank where he advised clients on a variety of equity and debt financings, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, restructurings,and leveraged buyouts in a broad range of industries. Mr. May graduated from The University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a degree in Business Administration.
