Jim Rogers

Bio

In 1970, he co-founded the Quantum Fund and helped oversee the spectacular success of the fund in the following 10 years. Mr Rogers decided to "retire" in 1980, but has remained an active investor in the international markets. In addition, he was also a guest professor of finance at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a regular commentator at various TV network programs including "The Dreyfus Roundtable" at WCBS, the "Profit Motive with Jim Rogers" at FNN and on Bloomberg, CNBC, Fox et al. In 1998, Mr Rogers founded the Rogers International Commodity Index. Mr Rogers was a scholar at Yale University and Oxford University.
