John C Davidson

Bio

As the former managing director of the Cardinal Crest Partners Family Office, he was involved with acquisition and asset management. He also has owned and operated a variety of businesses, including a mechanical and electrical contracting business which provides him with a unique perspective for the oversight of properties. Mr. Davidson is experienced with commercial energy conservation and is a certified EPA "Green Lights" surveyor, which assists the company in achieving operating efficiencies in its buildings. Mr. Davidson is involved in the strategic planning of the company, and directs Parmenter Realty Partners' investment acquisition, asset management, and investment sales in the Southeast Region. Mr. Davidson has a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
