John Caple

Bio

Mr. Caple joined the Comvest Group in May 2010 as a Managing Director focusing on making investments in a range of securities, and partnering with operating partners, owners and managers of companies to grow businesses and create long-term value. He has extensive experience in assisting companies with both balance sheet and operational restructurings in a number of industry sectors. Prior to joining Comvest, Mr. Caple was a Principal with Bayside Capital, the distressed investment vehicle of H.I.G. Capital. His investment experience included AirNet Holdings, Diam International, Marsh Supermarkets, Service Net, Greatwide Logistics and Bi-Lo Supermarkets. Prior to that, Mr. Caple was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company where he led due diligence assignments for some of the largest private equity funds in both the United States and Europe. John holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
