Mr. Colaianne has almost 30 years of experience in all aspects of finance and management leadership at a variety of large and middle-market manufacturing companies. He currently serves as President and a Director of Edelbrock LLC, Chairman of EB Bradley Holdings LLC and a Director of Algoma Holding Company. Mr. Colaianne previously served as Chairman and CEO of Algoma Holding Company. Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Colaianne, together with Mr. Paisley, led the turnaround and eventual sale of Davis Industries, a $140 million in sales manufacturer of automotive stampings and assemblies. The turnaround culminated in a very successful sale of the company to Tesma International, a division of Magna International. Mr. Colaianne remained with Tesma through 2004 to assist with the transition and provide senior level assistance to Magna Drive Train of America, a manufacturer of transmissions, with key projects within that group.Previously, Mr. Colaianne served as CFO of Cambridge Industries, a multi-plant automotive and commercial vehicle component supplier with $500 million in sales. After beginning his career at Touche Ross & Co., Mr. Colaianne obtained years of training and experience as corporate controller at middle-market manufacturing companies including Ferro Manufacturing, American Technologies and Freedom Forge Corporation and later as vice president of finance and controller of Butler Metals Company (which became part of Oxford Group).
