Bio

With more than 35 years of investment experience, John works in a senior advisor role for the firm, focusing on existing portfolio company responsibilities along with sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities. John joined NEP in 1984 and over the years has focused on buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth financings for a variety of agribusiness, communications, retail, and transportation clients. His significant investment accomplishments include Jacobson Companies, CTC Distribution Services, Telex Communications, MSP Publications, and Automotive Industries Holding. Prior to joining the NEP team, John was in banking for 10 years with Norwest Bank as an active lender in the management buyout marketplace. Jacobson Companies. POET (Jewell and Gowrie, Iowa plants).
