Jonathan Korol

Bio

Mr. Korol has been associated with AREA since 2006. He is responsible for new investments and investment management, as well as the lending activities of AREA Real Estate Finance Corporation (AREFIN). Mr. Korol joined AREA from Divco West Properties where he was a member of the Real Estate Acquisitions team based in San Francisco. Prior to that he worked at Merrill Lynch Inc. as part of their Investment Banking Group. Mr. Korol holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BS from the University of British Columbia.
