Bio
Mr. Leiman has nearly 10 years of private equity investment experience and over 15 years of transaction experience with middle market companies. Mr. Leiman has extensive transaction experience having closed and managed investments in consumer products, niche manufacturing, and business services companies. Mr. Leiman has also served on several Boards, including stints as Chairman of two Boards of Directors. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2010, Mr. Leiman has led the firm’s deal origination activities, including managing external relationships. Prior to Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Leiman was a Principal at American Capital, Ltd from 2002 to 2009. While with American Capital, Ltd, Mr. Leiman sourced, executed and managed investments in a variety of industries. Prior to American Capital, Ltd, Mr. Leiman spent several years in middle market investment banking, most recently with Piper Jaffray. A Michigan native, Mr. Leiman holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
