Jonathan Mo

Bio

Jonathan studies frontier technologies and is inspired by the number of startups that are increasingly building products based on deep-technology innovations. At 11.2 Capital Jonathan focuses on early stage investments in machine learning, space, and hardware. He especially loves helping startups discover engineering and product talent. Prior to 11.2 Capital, Jonathan was an Associate at TandemLaunch Ventures, where he analyzed new frontier technologies and sourced teams for portfolio companies. Previously he also worked in the Boston venture debt group at Silicon Valley Bank, where he supported deals in the hardware, consumer, and life sciences verticals with a strong focus on science and technology analysis. He studied astrophysics, biology, and political theory at Columbia University, earned two graduate degrees in the life sciences, and studied strategy at The London School of Economics. A native New Yorker and science-fiction enthusiast, Jonathan is eager to help founders building new worlds.
