Has delivered programmes across Europe for established companies such as: AT&T; BT; Cable & Wireless; Cisco Systems; Compuware; Comverse; Datatec; HP; Infosys; Intel; Nortel Networks; Informix; IBM; Philips; QAD; Siemens; Sharp; Sony; Sybase and TCS. In addition, he has worked closely with many small fast growth and venture backed companies. Has delivered campaigns for other parts of the technology ecosystem: for finance and advisory firms such as Battery Ventures and Ariadne Capital; and for government organisations such as the European Commission; Locate in Scotland; Thames Valley Enterprise and Salford Regeneration. Commenced his career as a research associate in the Programme of Policy Research in Engineering, Science and Technology at the University of Manchester. Formerly UK vice chairman of Brodeur Worldwide, the global technology public relations and marketing communications consultancy. Part of the core team that built the company to nearly 650 people and $95 million turnover worldwide over a period of 15 years, before selling to Omnicom. Also sat on the board of Brodeur in Europe (a $30 million entity) and led the company to become one of the UK's first Investors in People.
