Bio

Over 20 years’ experience of working in the staffing sector. Co-founded TSI Group Ltd, an executive search firm, in 1986 before working for 3i Group plc investment companies between 1990 and 1993. Joined Alexander Mann Group Limited as Group Managing Director in 1993 and was responsible for developing joint venture businesses in the UK, Netherlands and Hong Kong and acquisitions in UK, Italy and Spain. During Mr Wright's tenure, Alexander Mann’s business model was changed from that of a conventional recruitment services business into a leading recruitment process outsourcer, growing turnover from £1.25m to £104m and pre-tax profits from around £0.1m to £4.7m between 1994 and 2000. Mr Wright left AMG in January 2004 and started the Hexagon business in May 2004. Joined Hamilton Bradshaw in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. Non executive director of FDM plc, an AiM listed IT Staffing company, and is a former non executive director of Spring Group, an LSE listed Staffing company.
