Joseph Dee

Bio

Mr. Dee is responsible for deal sourcing, analysis and execution and works with portfolio companies to define and execute their business plans. Prior to joining Cadent in 2007, Mr. Dee was a member of the corporate M&A group at Royal Dutch Shell in Houston, TX. Mr. Dee was raised in Southern Illinois working as the fourth generation in his family’s oil exploration and production business. He is currently a director of Pipeline Supply & Service Holdings, LLC and Torqued-Up Energy Services, Inc. Mr. Dee holds a B.S. in Finance from University of Illinois, graduating with highest honors and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he was designated a Palmer Scholar.
