Joseph Horgan

Bio

Mr. Horgan is Senior Vice President of Phoenix American Financial Services, Inc. He has been employed by Phoenix since 1998. He manages the Aircraft Group. Mr. Horgan is responsible for day-to-day operations, accounting and reporting for aircraft clients with aggregate assets in excess of $3 billion. From 1996 to 1998 Mr. Horgan was an auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Horgan received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
